Volunteers needed for Multicultural Week: We will celebrate multicultural week this year on May 12 through the 16. PK will be working with the 3rd grade on South America. If you have any Items we could use to display in the hallway (e.g.; costumes, books, posters, anything to do with South America) and would let us exhibit them please let me know. We also need volunteers to assist with the cooking of typical foods of our various cultures represented at OLA. If you can volunteer for Thursday, May 15 please let me know so that I can put you in contact with the PTO representative.
We need each child to bring a fruit or vegetable for our South America hall display. Please send them on May 12th. During the week of May 12-16 parents are welcome to see the hall display. The children have been working very hard!
