Volunteering
Protecting God's Children
If you are a parent, planning on
volunteering at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic
School, the Diocese of Charlotte requires that any
volunteer who will be working with children must complete
a Volunteer Profile, Background Check and the Protecting
God’s Children training. All three
of these must be completed before you will be allowed
to volunteer at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic
School.

a session please visit the Virtus website at www.virtus.org.

- Click "Registration" on the left side
of the page.
- Select your organization from the drop-down
list: Diocese of Charlotte, North Carolina.
- Choose the first option, labeled, "I would
like to attend a Protecting God's Children session",
by clicking on the green arrow.
- Complete your registration information,
check the box next to the training session
you wish to attend, and click Submit Registration. You
will get a confirmation message on screen confirming
that your registration was successful.
If you do not have Internet access, you may
submit a registration form.
